Our DC-3000 Photo-Optical Inspection Systems are both a cost-effective alternative to camera based inspection as well as an excellent compliment. Common defects such as holes and surface imperfections are precisely detected. Our advanced infrared optic system has added features including Automatic Gain Control that precisely optimize the receiver optics. The Inspection Bar's small footprint ( 4" X 12" X CD ) makes it and easy fit for any web. Simple in design, yet loaded with features, the DC-3000 systems provide logical solutions for the practical buyer. The DC-3000 provides Dynamic Edge and Lane Tracking. The System's Transmitted View has Receivers on one side of the product and IR Lights on the opposite side. The product under inspection is feed through the 5" inspection throat. The light penetration is constantly monitored to optimize the receiver section and provide Whole Sheet Opacity Monitoring.
